I’m Gaige Howard, a passionate real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene and the North Idaho Home Hunter Team. Having lived in Idaho my entire life and graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for this community and all it has to offer.

With degrees in Business Management and Digital Media Marketing from BYU–Idaho, I bring a unique combination of business expertise and modern marketing strategies to the table. For buyers, I focus on managing a smooth, productive transaction, and for sellers, I use my digital marketing skills to showcase and promote their properties effectively.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll likely find me outdoors with my family—whether that’s boating on the lake, exploring local trails, or skiing in the winter. I’m also a big sports fan: Gonzaga basketball is my go-to team, and I (somewhat bravely) cheer for the Denver Broncos—even if that doesn’t always sit well with the local Seahawks fans! I love the adventure and lifestyle North Idaho provides, and I’m excited to help my clients find their own piece of it.
