“I didn’t have a clue what to expect when looking to buy a property in Idaho. After two short visits, Jamie and his team gave me all the knowledge I needed to make a confident decision to get what I wanted. For example: since I wanted to buy land and build it out, Jamie advised me on the different types of power lines that you’d see and whether or not it would be cheap or more of a hassle to deal with. He advised me on fire insurance costs, property taxes, excavation, local laws (and how the laws differed from one county to the other depending on where the property was), and other associated costs such as building a well, a fence, a road (none of which I had a clue about). It took him one visit and an uninformed explanation of what I wanted and he knew exactly where to take me from there. Jamie also knows everyone in the area such as local contractors, electricians, builders and movers. He didn’t even have to use a map to get around to the properties he was showing because he has lived there and has personal experience dealing with everything discussed. He works with his wife, Sherrie, and in addition to knowing everything about the area, they are the type of people who would welcome you into their home, as they did for me. You will sense their genuine honesty right away as they both went above and beyond a sale to make sure I was comfortable and got what I wanted.”
